(4)
Paragraph (1) does not apply—
(A)
to opioid antagonists furnished under this chapter to a veteran who is at high risk for overdose of a specific medication or substance in order to reverse the effect of such an overdose; and
(B)
to any limited supply prescription for medication, up to a 30-day supply of such medication, under section 1730D(b) of this title if the covered health care professional would have prescribed, delivered, distributed, or dispensed a supply for more than seven days if not for the restrictions under such section.
