Minimum annual procurement goal for AbilityOne Program Beginning in fiscal year 2027, the Secretary of Defense shall establish the goal that the total amount of funds obligated for the procurement of products and services from nonprofit concerns pursuant to chapter 85 of title 41, United States Code, in a fiscal year is equal to not less than one percent of the total amount of funds obligated for all procurement contracts entered into by the Department of Defense in such fiscal year.
