(a) Responsibility of Under Secretary of Defense for Policy

Section 134(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—

(1)

by striking paragraph (3); and

by redesignating paragraphs (4) and (5) as paragraphs (3) and (4), respectively.

(b) Responsibility of Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment

Section 133b(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—
