592. Expanded goals of authorized program regarding the National September 11 Memorial and Museum The Secretary of Defense shall seek to amend any agreement entered into by the Secretary pursuant to section 539 of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 ( Public Law 118–159 ) to include promoting security at the National September 11 Memorial and Museum.
