Section Text · Sec. 1089G.

(a) Report required

Not later than 30 days after the completion of the civilian harm investigation of the Department of Defense with respect to the strike on Minab, Iran, that occurred on February 28, 2026, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the results of such investigation.

(b) Form

The report required under subsection (a) shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may contain a classified annex.

(c) Public availability

The Secretary of Defense shall make publicly available the unclassified portion of the report required under subsection (a).
