(a) Extension of authority

Section 1233(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ; 122 Stat. 393) is amended by striking beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on December 31, 2026 and inserting beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2027 .
