(a) In general

Section 2805(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking $9,000,000 and inserting $12,000,000 .

(b) Laboratory revitalization

Section 2805(d) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking $9,000,000 each place it appears and inserting $15,000,000 .

(c) Adjustment of dollar limitations

Section 2805(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—

(1)

by striking for location and all that follows through Each fiscal year and inserting Each fiscal year ; and

(2)

by striking may exceed and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following:

(1)

with respect to a project described in subsection (d), 150 percent of the dollar amount specified in such subsection; and
