(1)

in subsection (a)—

(A)

by striking a covered military unaccompanied housing facility ;

(B)

in paragraph (1), by striking that such Secretary determines is and inserting covered military housing facilities that such Secretary determines are ; and

(C)

by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following:

facilities in a failed or failing condition which are located within covered depots, or which are directly related to the function or activity managed through the Army Working Capital Fund.
