(1)

by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (6); and

(2)

by inserting after paragraph (3) the following new paragraphs:

A list of whether each such covered military unaccompanied housing facility located on each military installation under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the military department concerned complies with the uniform minimum habitability standards for covered military unaccompanied housing as required under section 2856b of title 10, United States Code.

(5)

For such facilities that do not comply with uniform minimum habitability standards—

(A)

a list of elements that are not in compliance;

(B)

the funding required to conduct improvements to meet uniform minimum habitability standards; and

(C)

a five-year plan for carrying out such improvements.
