(a) Designation

The Secretary of the Navy shall designate the Multi-Mission Dry Dock military construction project at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Washington, authorized under section 2201 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027, to be a subprogram of a major defense acquisition program (as defined in section 4201 of title 10, United States Code).

(b) Submission

Not later than six months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the congressional defense committees—

(1)

a Baseline Estimate (as defined in section 4371(a)(4) of title 10, United States Code) for the project described in subsection (a); and

(2)

the report described in section 4351 of title 10, United States Code, for the most recently concluded fiscal year quarter for such project.
